These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of UptimeMonitoring.AI (“UMAI”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a service owned and operated by Alinea Group, LLC. By using UMAI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service Description

UMAI provides website uptime monitoring and AI-powered incident diagnostics via our website and related integrations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use UMAI.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update your information as needed.

4. Payment & Refunds

  • Payment: Use of UMAI requires payment as described at checkout or on our website.

  • Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from your purchase date.
    After 30 days, all payments are non-refundable.

  • Lifetime deals: If you purchased a “lifetime” or multi-year license, this refers to at least 10 years of service from your purchase date.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and monitoring credentials. Do not use UMAI for any illegal, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.

6. Service Availability

While we strive for continuous uptime, we do not guarantee that UMAI will always be available, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alinea Group, LLC and UMAI’s total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to your use of the service is limited to the total amount you have paid us for the service.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alinea Group, LLC, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of UMAI or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to UMAI at any time if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that may harm us or others. You may cancel your account at any time.

10. Modifications to the Service or Terms

We may modify these Terms or the UMAI service at any time. If changes are material, we will provide notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Florida.
